Support the possibility to deactivate some output masks

Describe the current behavior A lot of masks are produced in the output product but in some cases they are not very useful (they are useful for the private part to allow multi-temporal approach).

Describe the expected behavior Support the possibility to deactivate the writing of some masks in the output product. It is particularly interesting when you run maja only in init mode. The less interesting masks for me are for example IAB and ATB in the theia L2A product format.
