Describe the current behavior
When installing maja using a binpkg, the executables located in ./bin have execution rights only for the user that installed it:
(maja4-dev) [kettigp@visu05 bin]$ ll maja startmaja dtmcreation
-rwxr--r-- 1 kettigp euclid 3234 Aug 8 20:58 dtmcreation
-rwxr--r-- 1 kettigp euclid 3227 Aug 8 20:58 maja
-rwxr--r-- 1 kettigp euclid 3221 Aug 8 20:58 startmaja
When extracting the binpkg, it says that a chmod was run with rights 755 - But it doesn't seem to be applied.
Describe the expected behavior
The rights should be 755
