Correct minor english mistakes in --help

Describe the current behavior

The maja --help command outputs a formatted list of arguments to be provided to the executable. I realise just now that it contains still some minor errors (treatment --> processing, User cases --> Use? cases etc.)

Correct the mistakes in the --help section.
