DTM creation script cannot use SRTM files and WATER masks files from the CNES datalake

DTM creation script cannot use already existing SRTM files and WATER masks files from the CNES datalake.

Water mask files are here /datalake/static_aux/MASQUES/PEKEL/data/occurrence and cannot be used because there is no version in the file name. The DTM creation script will try to re-download them.

SRTM files are here /datalake/static_aux/MNT/SRTM_90m and cannot be read because they are already unzipped. The DTM creation script will try to re-download them.
