PWH plugin unable to produce LUM images

Starting from release 4.10.0, our LUM gdal plugin does not seem to work with MAJA any more. It worked well with MAJA 4.9.

This change of behavior might be linked to the upgrade of OTB dependency, from version 8 to version 9.1.

The binaries of the LUM gdal plugin are at your disposal, could you find why it is not working any more ?
