Fix a packaging problem for debian based systems

Thibaut ROMAIN requested to merge add-openssl-superbuild into develop

The package is created on a centOS system but there are missing dependencies that were not packaged (libffi/libopenssl) which has not the same version on centOS7 and ubuntu > 18
