Python progress handlers for applications progresses (e.g. tqdm progressbar)

It could be great to use custom progressbar handlers for OTB applications pipelines progresses.

We could then ship pyotb with tqdm for instance, which looks very nice in CLI and Jupyter Notebooks!

The python developer could implement its own progress handler
