STAC metadata

Ideas

• optional pip module pyotb[stac] ?
• write STAC metadata
• add a nice pipeline summary in the STAC metadata
• STAC in / STAC out
• Try to find input metadata (e.g. date/time) else pipeline won't run since they are mandatory
