Should we mirror pyotb on github ?

I guess we can't do CI for free there, it still needs to stay on gitlab for testing...
Also a bit related:
Nicolas's name and personal email being the first contact point in the package metadata, what should we do about this ? (I'll do a MR for the pyproject.toml soon).
May be he don't want some random people sending him emails about pyotb bugs ^^ @nicolasnn ?
