Using GRM with QGIS 3.40

I am trying to use GRM from OTB 9.1.1 in QGIS 3.40 / Windows 11 but it does not show up in Processing Toolbox. Following the recommendation in #9 (closed) , I added: Segmentation|Aggregate Segmentation|GenericRegionMerging to the "algs.txt file" but it did not work. I notice that there is no GenericRegionMerging.txt in "\share\otb\description". Is that an issue or there is a problem with Python version which is 3.12 in QGIS 3.40?
