         Corrected on ITKV4, backout this changeset when updating ITK to V4

COMP: remove use of otb::StringStream since there is already an ITK equivalent, and it will disappear in ITKv4

ENH : change the copyright to the otb one and add name of the classes that should be override in the exception description

ENH : itk::Transform contains virtual pure methods, add a class otb::Transform to override those method
