REFAC: Updated MyClass skeleton file (Qt 'TRANSLATOR: mvd::MyClass' support for C++ namespaces to comply with Qt lupdate translation tool needs).

TRANS: First t:ry merging (MERGE_TS:BOOL=ON) translations.

COMP: Fixed error while cmaking with '-DMERGE_TS:BOOL=ON' by removing wrapped moc_*.cxx and ui_*.h from translation build (not needed).

COMP: Fixed listings of source files to translate. WARNING: Do not compile with -DMERGE_TS:BOOL=ON (compilation problem which is being fixed).

ENH: Loading translation files from build and install directory only if translation is needed. (ref. MVDX-9, MVDX-11).
