Monteverdi: Layer Stack I and J columns do not follow index notation
Mantis Issue 1311, reported by sdinot, assigned to rkanavath, created: 2016-11-07
i,j indexes almost always refers to line, column (is that order), aka "index notation" or "matrix indexing". The layer stack breaks that convention by calling the columns and line dimensions I and J respectively (the opposite).
I suggest the fix to rename the layer stack column labels from "I" to "Column" and from "J" to "Line" to avoid any confusion. (x,y) should be avoided as well for obvious reasons.
