SampleSelection strategy "byclass", csv parser not working

Hi,

Using the SampleSelection application with the byclass strategy does not working with all csv files.

otbcli_SampleSelection -field X -in X -out X -instats X -sampler random -strategy byclass -strategy.byclass.in NbPixMax.csv the error printed is :

' as this is not a valid value for 'number of samples'he following error occurred during application execution : Cannot decode '100

NbPixMax.csv was created thanks to Excel and I do not see the problem with this csv file.

I'm using OTB's develop branch.
