OTB_APPLICATIONS_NAME_LIST is not updated when modules are activated/deactivated

Description

OTB_APPLICATIONS_NAME_LIST is created once and if module are enabled. it must be updated when modules are unset. otherwise it will misrepresent name of apps built && installed.
