QWT_INCLUDE_DIR is not automatically found on Fedora 27

On fedora 27, the include directories with QWT headers is not automatically found by otb custom FindQwt.cmake (cmake variable QWT_INCLUDE_DIR)

On this distribution, qwt headers are installed in /usr/include/qt5/qwt (and not /usr/include/qwt or /usr/include/qwt-qt5).

For now the only way to configure OTB on this platform is to specify the QWT_INCLUDE_DIR before the configuration.

I try to add search path in the cmake find_path function in the FindQwt.cmake withtou success...
