Superbuild develop tests failing

There are error due to Remote modules and other issues on superbuild:

• classifier on windows (https://dash.orfeo-toolbox.org/viewTest.php?onlyfailed&buildid=355698 they come from openMP)

• meanshift on centos (https://dash.orfeo-toolbox.org/testDetails.php?test=103098800&build=355718 and there are 4 baselines!)

• doxygen tests

• application documentation (GenericRegionMerging)
