Test apTvPrVectorDataReprojectionFromMapToMap fails if re-run

Test generates a layer ToulousePoint-example in a sqlite database, and gdal renames that to toulousepoints_example. OTB has no way to know if the layer already exists, besides trying to recreate one with the same name.
