We are ready to release OTB version 8.0.0. The following steps need to be done:

!865 (merged): Update the version of several OTB dependencies in the Superbuild -
!868 (merged): Use std::chrono and the date library instead of boost date time as internal types -
!870 (merged): Provide access to the metadata from the python API -
!874 (merged): Fix segfault in Monteverdi -
