qgis Problem changing OTB application folder

I am running the latest QGIS version 3.26.3 and trying to use the OTB tools. I had an old OTB version 7.1 which I deleted due to newer releases of OTB. I now have the problem where QGIS will not let me change the directory location to access the new version of OTB. Any suggestions on how I might fix this?
