Add S1Tiling and RTCGamma0 correction to DiapOTB

Description

The SARCartesianMeanEstimation and SARDEMProjection are two applications used in diapOTB. When working on S1Tiling and other project using diapOTB, some corrections and improvements have been written.

• If this issue is consequent, it is split into subtasks with priority and complexity evaluated. These subtasks should be linked to this issue. (To do on GitLab interface after writing this issue)
