LineSegmentDetectorExample does not compile with mapnik 2.2

changes from mapnik2.2 are not compatible with OTB filter. LineSegmentDetectorExample fails to compile with OTB trunk.

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, Debian (wheezy) has mapnik 2.0 while Ubuntu 10.04 LTS has mapnik 0.7.
