Two fixes for the NamespaceHandler:
OTBStandaloneModuleMacros that needed to be patched as wellOTBApplicationEngine in OTBApplicationMacros, but it should not be here, the dependency to OTBApplicationEngine should be in the DEPENDS from otb-module.cmake
