OpenGL modernization for IceViewer
This issue is a follow-up of #1930 (closed). There are 2 remaining task to complete the large OpenGL refactoring:
- Implement VA/VBO mode for VectorActor: the
otb::gl::Mesh
could be improved to support polygons, but we need to check if it is compatible with the DrawElement OpenGL function. - Implement a specific actor for the HUD display in iceViewer with 2 modes (VA/VBO and compatibility mode).
