Plugin doesn't propagate LD_LIBRARY_PATH

While testing a custom installation of OTB, plugin fails to execute otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine :

~/usr/bin/otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine: error while loading shared libraries: libOTBCommandLine-6.7.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
