Unit testing error

New tests were added on v1.0.2.

The CI pipeline has trigerred two kinds of mistakes :

On test dependency
A Segmentation Fault for SARFineDeformation application on MacOS.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

Some tests depend on each other. The main reason is the size of the output image for a few tests (superior to 10MB).

git-lfs is a solution to avoid these dependencies (see #15)
