Incorrect pre-analysis when final products exist

In the case of a final product that depends on 2 S1 input products with one on disk, and the other one to be downloaded, the analysis of what needs to be done fails.

This very rare case may happen in testing scenarios. It's quite unlikely to happen (only 1 of two input products on disk while the output product has already been generated).
