Enable a conversion layer to transform meta info into filename parts

For instance, the objective is to simplify the generation of filenames such as S1A_L1ORT_47PNR_VH_SIG_DES_135_20230112T122356.tif instead of s1a_30TYP_vh_DES_110_20231002txxxxxx.tif

Hint: We could either define a Formatter that interprets !u and :3 or extra conversion tables for more complex cases (what to associate to NormLim or Gamma° RTC?)
