DEM coverage analysis is slow when many S2 tiles are requested

check_dem_coverage is in O(N²) of the number of requested tiles.

When many tiles are requested, the cost of iterating over the layer again and again becomes critical .

Whilst we shall restrict the list of tiles of interest to the strict minimum, it's still inefficient -- it has been observed to exceed 35minutes for 2550 S2 tiles.
