Incompatibility OTB-7.2 Superbuild / S1-tiling

Using 8ad729a8 from the setup branch, using s1tiling raised an error due to the incompatibility between rasterIO and gdal 3.1. According to the rasterIO documentation, current version is only compatible with GDAL < 3.1 (https://github.com/mapbox/rasterio). And since OTB-7.2 superbuild provides gdal 3.1 it creates a dependency mismatch.
