Problem with default Geoid file

When the cfg file does not contain the geoid_file : key, S1tiling passes a wrong parameter to the appOrthoRectification function. It gives only the path without the filename (egm96.grd). It results that orthorectification does not take into account the geoid. To solve the problem, the user needs to explicitly give the key geoid_file : /home/il/koleck/s1tiling/s1tiling/resources/Geoid/egm96.grd
