Simplify deployment of new releases

Current workflow requires us to wait in between several pushes to master/develop/tag to avoid cache corruption on latest/ path in generated documentation.

We should be able to fix it thanks to resource_group https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/yaml/#resource_group
