Thermal noise removal is buggy for VH polarization

As described in orfeotoolbox/otb#2167 (closed), VH calibration is not correct after thermal noise removal! OTB use the same noise LUT (VV one) for VH and VV image. Therefore thermal noise value is not correctly computed for VH calibration.
