ENH: Move the new deburst filter to SARCalibration module and remove the SAR module introduced in this RFC (from RFC review)

Change typedef to use otbWrapperTypes ones.
AddProcess for the applications.
Add progress Report for otbGeodesicMorphology* filters
Add documentation limits.
Remove unnecessary include and Update* call.

Terminate MPI before the end of the main instead of the destructor.
Also clear FFTW threads at the end of DoExecute() not in the destructor.

Put DEM clear and loading in DoUpdate().
This change correct a side effect that was present in DoExecute() function.

BUG : Mantis-1335 : Increase monteverdi stack size and correct Segfault when rsr parameter is not provided.

Monteverdi stack size is increase in order to use 6s code.
WavelengthSpectralBandVectorType wasn't initialized and result wasn't used.

TEST: Add application tests for MorphologicalProfilesAnalysis and MorphologicalProfilesClassification.

use otbGeodesicMorphologyIterativeDecompositionFilter and create Vector image of 3*N bands for each level (leveling, convex, concave) * N. For mono scale decomposition set the number of iteration to 1.
