modifications generated via the script FindRedundantHeaderIncludes.py

Ancient versions of CMake required else(), endif(), and similar block
termination commands to have arguments matching the command starting the
block.  This is no longer the preferred style.

NOTE: MUST USE GNU compliant version of sed

This modification is based according to

Modif cmakelist par rapport au Testing : OPTION(BUILD_TESTING ..) est supprimé du CMakeListst de l'OTB (doublon avec celui présent dans Dart.cmake inclue dans cmake root).
Suppression de l'option BUILDING_EXAMPLES_TESTING.

INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES("${OTBTesting_BINARY}") : car variable non defini et sort en erreur avec cmake 2.6.0.
