Corrections apportées pour éviter les problèmes de conflit d'édition de liens...

Corrections apportées pour éviter les problèmes de conflit d'édition de liens et de compilation entres les différentes version de la lib openjpeg présente dasn ITK et dasn OTB.
Solution : mangling des méthodes dans la lib otbopenjpeg.a. Appel dans JPEG2000ImageIO des méthode avec le prefic otb_openjpeg_xxx.
