CAMS download deprecated argument in retrieve request
Hi,
There seems to be a outdated argument in the server.retrieve request for the cams data.
server.retrieve( 'cams-global-atmospheric-composition-forecasts', { 'stream' : "oper", 'class' : "mc", 'expver' : '0001', 'step' : "0", 'levtype' : "SFC", 'date' : date, 'time' : t_hour+":00", 'type' : "forecast", 'leadtime_hour' : "0", 'area' : "G", 'format' : "netcdf", 'variable' : models, 'target' : path_aot }, path_aot)
For the argument "area", "G" isn't a valid option anymore and will return an error:
File "/home/cds/cdsservices/services/mars_constrained/mars/preprocess_request.py", line 21, in preprocst\n requests = basic_preprocessing(requests, kwargs)\n File "/home/cds/cdsservices/services/mars_constrained/mars/preprocess_request.py", in basic_preprocessing\n repr(r['area']), '')\ncdsinf.exceptions.BadRequestException: Area is not a Python list of 4 numbers: ['G']\
For downloading global products thorough the CDS api the argument "area" can either be removed or replaced with a list [90, -180, -90, 180,] in all three requests. At least that was my solution, it may well be possible that I missed something obvious, if so apologies in advance.
Kind regards, Jesko
