Add Spot 1-5 products

The following is the list of task to integrate Spot 1-5 products to MAJA:

• Reading product L1C Spot 1 to 5
• Adapting algorithms chain for the python orchestrator
• Reading ERA5 data for atmoshperic correction (water vapor)
• Write new application to compute water vapor with ERA5 data and adapt atmospheric correction pipeline
• Write new application to compute AOT with CAMS Reanalysis data or MACv2 (if CAMS Reanalysis not available);
• Adapt CAMS selection (Spot product use CAMS Reanalysis)
• Write Spot product to L2 format (images and metadata)
• Documentation
