Resolve "New DETFOO/Angles Reader for S2"

Thibaut ROMAIN requested to merge 235-missing-angles-detfoo into release_v4.2.7

The algorithm is now less restrictive when a detector in the extremities of the image is missing angle informations, maja still reports an error when a detector in the center of the image is missing angles.
