TEST: Restore missing baselines (either baselines should be restored or tests should be moved to dashboard-hell branch)

TEST: Adding multiple baselines for jpeg2000 multi-resolution reading tests, since the output is different when using JPEG2000ImageIO or GDALImageIO with the openjpeg gdal driver

This reverts commit 076c75c7.

BUG: Fixing bug #983 (Split map was not correctly estimated when ImageRegion did not start at [0,0]). Added two tests for this case as well.

TEST: updated some pointer values to hexa format, so that TestHelper::CompareLines will skip problematic comparisons

ENH: added Capitole-Shadows.sqlite; change geometry type for ioTvVectorDataFileGeoReaderWriterOutput2.shp (3D Polygon to Polygon)
