TEST: Gdal/Openjpeg driver limits overview report to 128x128 size, and interpolate smaller overviews. Avoid comparing with baseline from openjpeg in this case

TST: Fix baseline for `raTvSarRadiometricCalibrationToImageWithComplexPixelFilterWithoutNoise_SENTINEL1` (bis)

New improvment in otbSentinel1ImageMetadataInterface.h have increase
calibration presicion.
Now, instead of a GetTotalDifference of 0.420191 on 200,089,663 pixels on a
reference calibration from S1 toolbox, we have a error of 0.42019 on
200,093,147 pixels.

TST: Fix baseline for `raTvSarRadiometricCalibrationToImageWithComplexPixelFilterWithoutNoise_SENTINEL1`

The previous baseline was produced with a calibration algorithm that was
ignoring second subfractions.

This new algorithm gives a better result on reference calibration done with S1
toolbox
(S1A_S6_SLC__1SSV_20150619T195043_____20150619T195101_006447_00887D_774E_Calibr).

The overall error (GetTotalDifference) was of 252.616 on 446,975,369 pixels.
With the date conversion fixed, the new error is of 0.0420191 on 200,089,663
pixels.
