Make OTB presentations a set of modular tex files to facilitate reusing

I've splited the OTB general presentation (French and English versions) in separate tex files. It makes the presentation more modular and facilitate reusing (split per sections and per releases).

The plan and the content of the presentations has not been changed apart from minor updates and corrections.
