Missing applications otb version > 9.0.0 in qgis

After trying to update otb to both versions version 9.0.0 & 9.1.0 most applications have been lost, except for the ones where the initial letter is a "C".

Picture is taken in QGIS versions 3.38.3. This is the case in multiple QGIS versions, 3.34.4, 3.34.11 and 3.38.3. I have made sure that both the OTB and the QGIS installs is a 64bit version, but the issue is still there
