Wrong projection for ouput vector of segmentation application
Mantis Issue 1031, reported by mgrizonnet, assigned to msavinaud, created: 2015-04-17
I perform meanshift segmentation on Spot4-Take5 image (Lambert 93) using the segmentation application (vector mode).
I can't superimpose input image and the output vector layer.
The projection of the output vector produced by OTB is wrong and/or not properly build.
GIS read the vector projection as WGS84.
To correct this I have manually set the SCR of the layer in QGIS to Lambert 93.to superimpose both layers
I suspect that this issue is not specific to segmentation application

-
Went to the distribution server, and got two acquisitions (2A an 1C) on 'la plaine de la Crau' area, made on 2013/06/18 (see exact ref. below).
-
On a Ubuntu plateform, with latest revision of OTB (18078:1ba0f8b77ae2), used the following command:
./otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine Segmentation ../lib/otb/applications/ -in h-to-image.tif -mode.vector.out path-to-vectdata.sqlite -mode.vector.outmode ovw
- Got two vector data with the right SRC (Lambert 93), so that they could be superimposed with their corresponding images.

I'll reopen the issue if it appears again
