Unable to compute Top Of Canopy reflectance with Spot6 1A product

The estimation of radiative terms always gives NaN values with default atmospheric paramaters:

I've already spotted some issues in the Spot6MetadataInterface. I'll investigate it and submit a patch.
One question: what is the origin of the Relative spectral response tabulates in teh Spot6ImageMetadataInterface.
It should corresponds to datasheet from the data provider that we usuallt store in OTB-Data but I can't find it:
