Monteverdi: Histogram view problem with binary image
Mantis Issue 1275, reported by sdinot, assigned to salbert, created: 2016-09-07
When opening a binary image (0-1), the histogram range is not set correctly. It is focused on 0, while the bar at 1 is not visible (out of range). See the attached screenshots for: histo_default.png: What happens when loading the image histo_range.png: What it would be nice to see (0-1 x-axis range)
This might be related to the default state of the no data flag. See otb-developers for ongoing discussion: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/otb-developers/8-xEVc-Fx9U/3aSw_VJ1BAAJ
1473261003 - salbertIt might be relative to the no-data default state & value but would like to perform some testing/debugging to see why the histogram view seems to be centered on 0 instead of 1.
Would it be possible to attach (or email me) the sample file?
I tried with this file https://git.orfeo-toolbox.org/otb-data.git/blob/HEAD:/Input/checkerboard_128_128.png but it is UInt16 .PNG file.

1473265774 - salbertAt first glance, it looks like a problem regarding the default value of the no-data settings but, after some testing, I have different results. Especially, the ranges of frequencies (Y) and intensities (X).
I tested:
- debug vs standalone
- no-data ON vs OFF vs OFF + zoom 1:1 button
- en_EN.UTF-8 vs fr_FR.UTF-8
Please see enclosed screenhots.
On my system, I have different ranges on EN and FR which makes me
