Monteverdi: No data is ON for images without any no data
Mantis Issue 1292, reported by sdinot, assigned to mgrizonnet, created: 2016-10-07
This was discussed (among other things) on otb-developers: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/otb-developers/8-xEVc-Fx9U
When opening an image, the no data checkbox should only be ON for images with no-data information in the metadata.
(this ticket does not cover:
- user preferences
- histogram default view which are both out of scope of this bug)
Proposed fix: set the default state of the no data checkbox to:
if (there is nodata info in the image metadata) ON set value to the value found in the image metadata else OFF set value to 0

Following Victor suggestion, I've checked with an image with/without nodata that we've the expected behavior.
Note that I was not able to fully understand which classes are responsible of setting/unsetting the nodata between ImageSettings/ImageProperties and mvdVectorImageModel...
I've just check that my patch which set use_nodata default values in 2 classes implements the logic describes in the bug description.
