HPE error estimation is wrong
Mantis Issue 136, reported by jinglada, assigned to cvalladeau, created: 2009-12-03
I think that the error estimation (at least for translations) is computed with respect to a null shift.
1259936701 - C ValladeauTo be sure we understand the same thik. In Error Points you have lines such as: [12,15] -> [32,28], error:9,9999 The first point is the fix point (Pfix) selected by the user. The second point is the coordinate of this tranformed first point (T(Pfix)). "error" is defined as the euclidean distance between T(Pfix) and the moving point (Pmov) selected by the user.
