Monteverdi crashing while displaying a .tif file
Mantis Issue 227, reported by sdinot, assigned to jmalik, created: 2011-01-25
Monteverdi produced a .tif image with a .geom file. Using this image in a processing chain to produce an other .tif image (with no .geom file) makes Monteverdi crashes when trying to display the output image.
Adding "writer->WriteGeomFileOn();" at the end of the processing chain makes it go fine.

We would need some more information to reproduce the problem :
- What version are you using on which OS ?
- What modules are involved in your processing chain ?
- Can you give us the exact steps leading to the crash ?
- Where did you add "writer->WriteGeomFileOn();" exactly ?
thanks

- Perform a P+XS on some extract of a Quickbird scene using the Superimpose and pansharpening modules from Monteverdi
- Save the results using the Export module and leave the write "metadata checked".
- Process the resulting image with a simple processing chain involving reader, ndvi, threshold and writer (with WriteGeomFile set to off, therefore the output does not come with a geom file)
- Open back into Monteverdi and try to visualize the image. The viewer throws an exception comp
