Although OTB_MAX_RAM_HINT is set, processes hit max RAM and leads to OOM Killed event
Description
I am running the latest version (9.0.0) of Orfeoo Toolbox in Docker. When running docker I am setting all the resource-related ENVs - OTB_MAX_RAM_HINT, GDAL_CACHEMAX, GDAL_NUM_THREADS, OPJ_NUM_THREADS, ITK_GLOBAL_DEFAULT_NUMBER_OF_THREADS.
I am running the processes in these steps - PolygonClassStatistics, SampleSelection, SampleExtraction, TrainVectorClassifier, and ImageClassifier.
It looks like the process does not respect the limits I set in the ENVs and hits the max. capacity of the RAM where kernel comes into play and kills the process.
